It is Coast Guard regulation that charter carry six people (including adults and children) plus the Captain.  Larger groups of up to ten must enter into a Bareboat Contract and directly pay the Captain.  We have a list of available Coast Guard approved Captains.

We require at least seventy-two (72) hours notice to cancel any appointment.  Any “no show” will be charged to the credit card on file or any voucher will be redeemed.  Sandbar Charters reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe or unforeseen circumstances or any dangerous condition.  Safety First.

Weather conditions policy is that it is understood that south florida has a tropical climate and sometimes rains.  Any cancellations will be at captain’s discretion.  Our captains will not go out if weather conditions are dangerous or unsafe.   Only if the captain cancels will refunds be issued.

The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, including but not limited to water damage of any personal items.

Any guest participation, whether adult or the guardian of children acting on their behalf, in this charter and all activities therefrom:  assumes all liability, assumes all risks, whether known or unknown, and agrees that Miami-Dade County will be the forum for any and all disputes.  All disputes must attend mediation first and the guest will be responsible for 100% of the mediation fees prior to filing suit.  This release of liability, assumption of risk, and forum selection applies to all guests regardless of payment, whether paid or guests of payee, or guests in general.  The participation in the charter is an implied acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Our Coast Guard approved Captains take your party out for 2, 3 and half day charters in a pontoon party boat equipped with a paddle board, cooler and bluetooth stereo.  


You can bring whatever you would like to eat or drink.
